The National Police Wellbeing Service

When the people behind policing are supported, the whole service is stronger and better able to protect the public. We help policing organisations build healthy working environments and meet their legal and moral duty of care around wellbeing. We want to help individuals to stay well, feel valued and thrive at work, and at home.

The 24/7 Mental Health Crisis Line is an independent and confidential service for anyone working in policing, experiencing a mental health crisis or suicidal thoughts.
