New workplace adjustments toolkit developed by the College of Policing

The College of Policing and National Police Chiefs' Council (NPCC) have worked with forces and neurodiverse officers and staff to bring together national guidance, public resources and policing case studies in a workplace adjustments toolkit.

The workplace adjustments toolkit will help forces create an environment that welcomes, supports and develops neurodiverse colleagues. Forces can use the resources to learn from good practice to attract and retain people in policing with the skills and abilities to keep our communities safe.
