On this page you will find a variety of courses, training, webinars and workshops which help to provide the knowledge, skills and techniques to build individual resilience. 

We are continuing to develop this live service and will add new projects to this page as they are introduced.

Keeping the peace webinars

These interactive and engaging webinars have been developed with the team at Fortis Therapy and Training to support police officers and staff with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

MindFit Cop

This is our free, eight-week online mindfulness course. Each week, you will work through a lesson, which will take just 30 minutes to complete. This is followed up by 10-20 minutes of home practice each week.

Better sleep toolkit

We have teamed up with The Sleep Scientist; Dr Sophie Bostock, to create the ‘Better Sleep’ Better Sleep Toolkit. Improving your sleep will help to build your resilience enabling you to be better equipped to deal with any stresses and trauma you encounter at work.
