Overview

The Supervisor Wellbeing course is open to supervisors across all areas of policing, and is funded by The National Police Wellbeing Service (NPWS) – so it is free for officers and staff in England and Wales.

Whether you lead a small team or a large department, this course will help you to support your staff and provide strategies to improve wellbeing.

Supervisor wellbeing training covers the following areas:

  • Gain the confidence to assess your team's personal and organisational wellbeing.
  • Learn how to interpret assessment results, enabling you to identify critical areas requiring attention.
  • Learn to create targeted strategies and interventions to enhance your team's wellbeing and productivity.
  • Develop effective communication skills to engage with team members and foster an open dialogue around wellbeing.
