In this our second nutrition for wellbeing webinar Anna will discuss how what we eat at what time can have an impact on our wellbeing.

During the session she will talk about:

  • What to eat when you are working on a night shift?
  • Chrononutrition. Find out what it is and learn about our natural, internal body clock and its relationship with digestion to help make more educated meal choices.
  • The effects of different foods on our body, and how eating them at the ‘wrong’ times can impact our health.

You will also have the opportunity to ask questions during the session.
