Worries keeping you awake at night? 10 strategies to reduce anxiety and sleep soundly

The theme for this year’s mental health awareness week is anxiety. Excessive worries and anxieties often keep us awake, either by making it harder to fall asleep, or waking us up in the early hours.

The good news is that taking action to improve your sleep can also reduce anxiety, and vice versa.

In this webinar, we’ll explore the evidence for 10 simple strategies that everyone could try on a daily basis to improve sleep and mental health.

Find out..

  • How to use a pen and paper to put worries to bed
  • Why time outdoors can have a triple whammy benefit for emotional health
  • Whether cold water immersion, a.k.a ice baths, is worth a try..
  • Why a sense of purpose is helpful, and how to find yours

There will also be time for live Q&A, so please bring along your questions, or email [email protected] in advance.

Once you have registered you will receive a Teams link for the webinar a few days before the event.
